Dr. Peter J Jones, Manitoba, was Founding President of Danone Institute of Canada, a post he held until 2015. He has a prolific career in nutrition and was the Director of the Richardson Centre for Functional Foods and Nutraceuticals at the University of Manitoba through 2018.
